Luis Horta e Costa is a founding partner of Square View focusing on investor relations and new investment opportunities pipeline.

Before founding Square View, Luis Horta e Costa spent 35 years in Grupo Espirito Santo (since 1979), developing the largest private investment platform in Angola, including the development of more than 250.000 sqm in Real Estate projects.

Luis Horta e Costa was also the co-founder of Habitat Vitae, a Real Estate developer, having exited in 2008 to join the Board of Administration of one of the largest luxury real estate complex in Portugal.
