It is licensed for this purpose by the Oporto City Hall - Câmara Municipal do Porto, in accordance to Portuguese and European Union legislation. The official sign exhibited at the external wall (with the blue letters “AL”) is provided by the Oporto City Hall.
It is a typical stone-made townhouse located at Oporto (Porto) city centre. It has two doors opening directly to Rua da Fontinha (Fontinha Street).
It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room (and a small terrace).
It is a comfortable and well fully equipped habitation for touristic short-stays.
House clothes and regular cleaning, as well as main ingredients for self-made breakfast, are provided.
